Bringing Korea's Clean Tech to PH

For more than 15 years, ZaraWind has worked hard to keep wind turbines working safely and well. We started with repairing wind turbine blades in South Korea. Now, we work on big wind farms in the sea at Tamra. We started ZaraWindTech in Davao City to be a real partner, not just a seller. Our Korean engineers work together with Filipino workers. We teach new skills, make good jobs, and build clean energy systems that last. We are happy to bring Korea's best wind blade repair skills, international safety training (GWO), and solar energy power systems to the Philippines. Clean energy is not just for some people. It is for everyone. We are here to make it happen.

Customized Renewable Energy Financing & AI SCADA Control

From zero-upfront PPA models to real-time IoT monitoring and generation control, we design the optimal ROI for B2B corporate clients.

Zero Capital Outlay: Solar Leasing & PPAs

Avoid upfront capital expenditure. Under our Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or Leasing model, we design, install, and maintain the solar system on your rooftop. You only pay for the solar energy generated at a rate significantly lower than your local distribution utility (DLPC / Meralco).

EV Charging Integration

Future-proof your commercial facilities. We integrate smart level-2 EV charging stations with custom solar carports, allowing your corporate fleet or customers to charge directly from clean solar energy.

Poultry & Livestock Farm Solar Ventilation

High daytime temperatures in Mindanao increase livestock mortality and energy costs. We design high-reliability off-grid and hybrid solar systems to run farm exhaust fans and cooling pads, securing critical ventilation during peak sun hours.

Solar Knowledge // Niche

Difference of Solar Panels Between Commercial and Residential Buildings

Residential and commercial solar systems are designed for different energy demands, installation requirements, and financial goals. Residential solar systems are smaller and focused on lowering household electricity costs, while commercial systems are built for higher energy consumption and long-term operational savings.

Grid-Tie // ROI Analysis

Traditional vs Solar Panel Solutions for Commercial Sectors: What's Better?

Traditional electricity is convenient but exposes businesses to changing power rates. Solar panel solutions require upfront investment but can reduce long-term operating costs. Grid-tied solar allows businesses to use solar power during the day and draw from the grid when needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

The average payback period for solar in the Philippines is between 3.8 to 4.5 years, depending on your local Distribution Utility (DU) rates. In Davao (under DLPC) and Manila (under Meralco), Net Metering allows you to export excess solar energy back to the grid for credits, shortening the ROI.

Net Metering approvals by DUs (like DLPC or Meralco) can take 2 to 4 months due to rigorous engineering inspections. ZarawindTech handles the entire regulatory filing, structural certifications, and testing process to minimize delays and ensure hassle-free grid connection.

Yes. All ZarawindTech wind and solar mount structures are engineered using ASCE 7-16 RC-IV Category 5 standards. They are structurally certified to withstand extreme wind loads of up to 280 km/h, far exceeding the standard Philippine NSCP requirements.

We partner with major Philippine banks like BPI, BDO, and Sterling Bank of Asia to offer Green Financing options. These packages feature low interest rates and flexible amortization schedules mapped to your monthly electricity savings.
